Epic Guidance
Appointments
To make appointments please call Epic directly. We
suggest booking your appointment in advance,
however we will do our best to accommodate
immediate bookings.
As a courtesy to all of our clients if you arrive late for
a scheduled appointment please note you may not
receive your treatment in its entirety, as to keep our
therapists on schedule.
Cancellations
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment
we require 6 hours notice for individual
appointments. Canceling or changing appointments
for groups of three or more requires 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled in less than the required time
are subject to being billed for full amount.
Check In
Epic suggests arriving fifteen minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment. If you have purchased the
sanctuary package we recommend arriving thirty
minutes early to allow yourself time for a leisurely
check in and change into robes to best accommodate
a full spa experience.
To keep with the serenity of the spa, we ask that all
cellular phones be turned off upon arrival.
Medical
Please inform us of any medical or special needs that
require our attention. If you have high blood pressure
or are pregnant, please avoid any heat treatments,
steam or warm soaks. Spa treatments, skin care and
waxing services may have adverse side effects when
used with some prescription drugs.
Refunds
Services are non‐refundable. Products and
merchandise can be returned for spa credit or
exchanged within 30 days with receipt.
Gratuity
Gratuities are voluntary, and welcome by staff.
General gratuity ranges from 15‐20%
Gift Cards
The perfect gift for the perfect someone. Available for
a specific service or dollar amount.

of five or more.*
